Kinesiology
KINESIOLOGY (pronounced kin-easy-ology)
In 1965 Dr G Goodheart, DC, a US Chiropractor discovered
that when a muscle was tested, the result could reveal vital information
which was quite impossible to determine by any other method of investigation.
Systematic Kinesiology enables the practitioner to pinpoint energy
and other imbalances in the body through muscle testing using safe
techniques to re balance and energise the body in a truly holistic
way.
Kinesiology is a non-intrusive complementary therapy where the
practitioner can assess the life force energy and functions of the
body by testing muscle response, mainly using the arms and legs.
The imbalances once found, can then be checked to determine whether
the fault is structural, chemical, emotional or even an energy blockage.
This will give me information and feedback from your body about
its condition. Vitamins and minerals can support certain areas and
functions of the body.
The treatment plan may include various emotional stress release
techniques, flower essences, acupressure, gentle structural realignment,
firm reflex massage as well as suitable suggestions for lifestyle
changes.
Other assessments may include food testing to establish whether
it would be best to avoid some food for a time.
You will remain fully clothed during the treatment which will take
about 1 hour. Kinesiology is suitable for all ages. I treat old
and young people, children and even pets!
While a significant improvement can be achieved in the initial
treatment, some people will need regular visits to gain optimum
health. How many visits are depending on the problem, but it is
always a good advice to have a check up every 5-6 weeks.
