REIKI (pronounced ray-key)

Reiki is an ancient art of natural healing rediscovered in Japan over one hundred years ago. It is a Japanese word meaning “universal life force energy”. Reiki is a very gentle form of hands-on healing.
It is a holistic therapy, a form of healing touch that conducts energy from the giver to the receiver.

Reiki works on the mind, body and spirit. Many physical problems are manifestations of emotional problems. Warmth or tingling is often experienced as the Reiki energy enters the client’s body creating a sense of balance and deep relaxation.

One of the traditional principles of Reiki is: “Just for today do not worry”
Not always easy to follow with our daily stress.

During a Reiki session, you would be lying on a massage bed fully clothed covered with a blanket feeling warm, comfortable and relaxed. Special background music is an option. Otherwise it will be quiet and you can close your eyes and let all your stress go away.

Flower Remedies

In my treatments I would sometimes use Healing herbs and Australian Bush flowers. They both work very well in stress situations and with Kinesiology as a tool I can test for the most suitable ones. Some of the Australian Bushflowers can help with menopausal problems.
